About Us

The Inflatable Play Manufacturers Association (IPMA) was set up in 1990 as the lead trade association representing the interests of manufacturers of inflatable play equipment in the UK.

Aims

• To Promote, develop and protect the interests of the UK inflatable play sector.
• To assist and comment on all new legislation that affects the manufacture and use of inflatable play equipment. IPMA members were instrumental in shaping the newly adopted European Standard, BS EN 14960:2006 that determines safe design and manufacture.
• To encourage safe play and act as a voice for the industry.
